August 19, 2012 "Run or Walk"
Join 5focus for the third annual Lake Union 10K run or walk along the Cheshiahud Lake Union Loop Trail. Race starts and finishes near Lake Union Park. The race raises funds to support “Girls on the Run” of Puget Sound. Whether you’re a runner looking for an ideal mid-distance race, or a walker ready to explore the lake on foot, join us to enjoy over- the-top event support, great views along the trail and a celebration of the rich history of Lake Union. Enjoy a gourmet pancake breakfast after the race provided by Portage Bay Cafe.
